Warranties and Limitations

Workmanship Warranty
AVVA Construction provides a one (1) year warranty on workmanship from the date of substantial completion. This warranty covers defects in construction that result from our workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear.
Material Warranties
Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we will transfer to the client. We do not warrant materials beyond manufacturer specifications.

Safety and Compliance

AVVA Construction is committed to maintaining safe work environments and complying with all applicable regulations:
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to work areas and disclosing any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, underground utilities, etc.).

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and proprietary methods developed by AVVA Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients receive a license to use our designs for the specific contracted project but may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
Any pre-existing intellectual property brought to the project by the client remains their property.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, the following process will be followed:
  1. Direct negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation through a qualified construction mediator
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
  4. Legal action only for matters exceeding $50,000
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where the construction project is located.
